This model heating furnace is primarily used for fuel cell characteristic testing, with a maximum operating temperature of up to 1000°C. The specially customized flange structure allows for simultaneous testing of the battery's positive and negative poles under the same atmosphere and different atmospheres, and it facilitates the easy extraction of multiple electrodes in a sealed environment.
When testing under a single atmosphere: Positive and negative poles
The device uses a single-port quartz tube as the chamber. The inlet port on the flange is directly inserted into the bottom through a stainless steel tube for air exhaust at the top, achieving air circulation. The stainless steel tube is sealed and fixed to the flange via double-sleeve joints. The battery samples are vertically placed at the bottom of the quartz tube (at the center of the heating furnace chamber). Two electrodes are extended through a double-hole alumina tube for insulation. The inner diameter of the double-hole alumina tube is 1mm, the outer diameter is 3mm, and it is fixed to the stainless steel tube on the flange. The gap between the electrode, double-hole tube, and stainless steel tube is sealed at the outlet with hot melt glue for vacuum sealing, allowing for multiple repeated uses.
