Its exceptional precision in temperature control is particularly noteworthy. In the medium and high-temperature tube furnace sector, most use corundum tubes as the medium for heating and sealing. During the medium and high-temperature phase, heat transfer is primarily radiant, and since corundum tubes are opaque, they inevitably impede heat transfer. Ensuring consistency between the external temperature sensing points and the internal tube temperature becomes crucial. After over 200 iterations adjusting the position of the external temperature sensing points, we achieved a situation where the sensing point temperature equals the actual internal tube temperature, ensuring what you see is what you get.
