Tube furnaces for medium to high temperature applications, mostly utilize corundum tubes as the medium for heating and sealing. In the medium to high temperature stage, heat transfer will primarily be radiative, with the corundum tube being opaque, inevitably hindering heat transfer. Ensuring consistency between the external and internal tube temperatures becomes crucial. After over 200 adjustments to the position of the external temperature measurement points, the temperature at the measurement points equals the actual internal tube temperature, as seen is as received. This delicate arrangement is determined by the relentless efforts of engineers and the culture of the enterprise.
