Equipment Features:
The rotary furnace is an upgraded version of a conventional tube furnace, featuring a simplified structure, an open hearth, and high versatility. The quartz tube has a large opening at one end and a small one at the other, with a quartz flipper inside to aid in sample flipping. It offers a 360-degree automatic rotation for even sintering during heating. The quartz tube can rotate at 0 to 15 RPM per minute, with both forward and reverse speeds being smooth and continuously variable. The quartz tube can continue to rotate continuously even when connected to a gas line or under vacuum, without affecting its sealing integrity. It is professionally used for the sintering and drying of battery anode and cathode materials, free from strong acidic or alkaline powders, and granular materials. Users can choose to sinter the materials under vacuum or in an atmosphere protective environment, depending on the material to be sintered.
