This compact rapid quenching furnace integrates innovative structural design with a unique heating method, significantly reducing both size and power while increasing the heating and cooling rates several times compared to traditional furnaces. It is capable of both atmospheric and vacuum operations, meeting the rapid quenching requirements for small samples of many users. What's more, its power consumption is merely 1.2kw, just one-tenth of conventional infrared heating rapid quenching furnaces, allowing it to operate with a standard power outlet.
