The XLCM type low-pressure long-bag offline pulse dust collector is a new type of bag dust collector developed based on the conventional pulse bag dust collector. It not only integrates the advantages of room reverse blowing and pulse jet cleaning, but also extends the filter bags to fully utilize the effect of compressed air jet cleaning under low air source pressure (jet pressure 0.15-0.3MPa). It overcomes the shortcomings of low cleaning strength in room reverse blowing and the simultaneous operation of pulse jet cleaning and dust filtration, preventing re-adhesion of dust and uncontrolled issues, thereby improving filtration speed, saving cleaning energy consumption, and extending the life of the filter bags. The electric control of the dust collector uses a PLC programmable controller.

The offline pulse-jetting technology of the XLCM type low-pressure long-bag pulse dust collector overcomes the phenomenon of dust "re-adsorption," enhancing the cleaning effect and reducing equipment resistance to achieve the purpose of large-scale long filter bags (up to 2-3 times the traditional size). It allows for maintenance without shutting down the machine, enabling repairs or bag changes while the system is operating normally.

The dust removal mechanism of the XLCM type low-pressure long bag offline pulse dust collector:

Dust-laden gases enter the dust collector from the middle chamber, then move downward. During the flow, they pass through filter bags, where dust is trapped on the outside. The purified air is then collected by a clean air box on the filter bags and expelled through the exhaust outlet. After the dust collector filters dust-laden gases, the dust resistance on the exterior surface of the filter bags gradually increases. The cleaning time is determined based on actual measurements. During operation, the long bag low-pressure pulse dust collector uses a pulse controller to send a signal command. The lifting valves in each chamber begin to close, cutting off the filtered airflow, and the pulse valves in the chambers open. Compressed air at greater than 0.4 MPa is then injected into the clean air chamber, thus cleaning the dust on the filter bags. After the dust collector completes the dust removal action, the lifting valves are reopened. Our bag dust collector equipment then continuously performs dust removal and cleaning according to the aforementioned program.

The dust collector is mainly composed of the upper body, middle body, ash hopper, inlet air distribution pipe, support filter bags, and spray blowing unit, ash discharge device, etc. The dusty air enters the ash hopper of each compartment through the inlet air distribution pipe of the dust collector and is separated under the guidance of the ash hopper guidance device. Large particles of dust are separated and directly fall into the ash hopper, while finer dust enters the middle body evenly and adheres to the outer surface of the filter bags. The clean gas passes through the filter bags into the upper body and is discharged into the atmosphere through various offline valves and exhaust pipes. As the filtration process continues, the dust accumulates on the filter bags. When the equipment resistance reaches the specified resistance value (usually set at 1500Pa), the offline valve of one compartment is automatically closed by the ash cleaning control device according to the differential pressure set value or ash cleaning time setting, and the electric pulse control is opened according to the set program. The wind is stopped and the spray blowing is carried out, utilizing the compressed air to instantly increase the pressure inside the filter bags, causing the dust on the filter bags to be shaken off (even sticky fine dust can be cleaned effectively) into the ash hopper, and then discharged by the ash discharge mechanism.
