The pulse bag dust collector consists of parts such as the ash hopper, upper, middle, and lower cabinets, which are divided into separate compartments. During operation, the dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper through the air intake duct, with coarse dust particles falling directly to the bottom of the hopper. Fine dust particles, following the gas flow, turn upwards into the middle and lower cabinets. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bags, and the filtered gas enters the upper cabinet to the clean gas manifold-vent duct, which is then exhausted into the atmosphere by the exhaust fan. The cleaning process involves first shutting off the clean gas outlet duct of the compartment, causing the bags to be in a state without gas flow (separate compartment stop airflow cleaning). Then, the pulse valve is opened to use compressed air for pulse blowing cleaning. The valve's closing time is sufficient to allow the dust detached from the filter bags after blowing to settle into the hopper, preventing the dust from reattaching to the adjacent filter bag surfaces after detachment. This ensures effective cleaning of the filter bags and is controlled automatically by a programmable controller for the exhaust valve, pulse valve, and ash discharge valve, etc.

Pulse Jet Bag Filter Maintenance & Care

Determine the frequency of ash removal maintenance based on the dust quantity of the dust collector.

2. Determine regular drainage of accumulated water based on the water level in the air cushion bladder.

3. Regularly inspect the pulse cleaning system of the dust collector to ensure proper operation. If not, focus on checking for membrane loss in the pulse valve, malfunction of the electromagnetic pulse valve, and replace them promptly. The filter bags should be cleaned regularly and replaced on schedule.

4. Regularly inspect equipment operation for normalcy based on variations in equipment resistance.

5. Regularly inspect the usage status of vulnerable parts according to the list of wear-and-tear items.

6. Regularly replenish lubricating oil for the equipment's lubricated parts; replace the gear oil in the reducer every six months, and replenish the bearing lubrication points weekly.

7. Pay attention to checking the sealing integrity of the electrical control box to prevent water and dust from entering, and regularly clean the accumulated dust inside the control box.
