The welding technology requirements for the dust collector frame are: the filter bag dust collector frame should have sufficient strength, rigidity, verticality, and dimensional accuracy to prevent deformation under pressure, damage during transportation, and contact between filter bags after installation in the dust collector, as well as difficulties in bag installation and bag frame friction. The surface of the dust collector frame needs to be treated for stable performance, which can be done by spraying, painting, or electroplating. Performance stabilizers used for high-temperature treatments should meet the requirements of high temperatures. All welding points on the frame must be stable; there should be no loose, false, or missing welds; and the surface of the dust collector frame in contact with the filter bags should be smooth, without weld scars, unevenness, or burrs.

Dust collector bag frames are used in dust collectors of industries such as chemicals, metallurgy, building materials, steel, cement, and thermal power generation. The quality of the bag frame directly affects the service life of the dust filter bags and the dust removal efficiency of the filter bag dust collector, making it one of the important accessories in dust collectors.

The dust bag frame is formed in one go by multi-head welding equipment, ensuring stable welding without any gaps, leaks, false welds, and the surface should be smooth and glossy without burrs or unevenness. The dust removal bag frame is made of carbon steel wire or stainless steel wire with a diameter of 3-4 inches as raw material, consisting of longitudinal ribs and supporting rings that are interlaced and welded to form a cage-like structure. The dust removal bag frame is mounted on the perforated plate holes of pulse jet dust collectors and box-type pulse jet dust collectors to support the dust removal filter bags, preventing them from collapsing, and aiding in dust removal and improving dust collection efficiency. Dust adheres to the outer surface of the dust removal filter bags; as the dusty gas passes through the dust collector, the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bags, while the clean gas passes through the filter medium into the interior of the filter bag and is then exhausted by the blower.

The dust collector frame is produced and used according to the methods and principles of dust removal work. In actual use, it is produced according to the established standards and methods. When the dusty airflow enters the upper space of the filter tangentially, large particles and agglomerated dust particles are旋落于the ash hopper under the action of centrifugal force, while small particles of dust are trapped by the filter bags. The purified gas passes through the filter bags and is collected by the filter bag guide orifices on the plate and then discharged into the atmosphere through the clean room. When the filter bag resistance drops to the lower limit, the reverse blowing fan stops, and it re-enters the dust removal state. The collected dust is concentrated in the ash hopper and discharged through the ash valve. When the filter bag resistance reaches the upper limit of the control value, the reverse blowing fan starts. The airflow is blown into the filter bag guide orifices through the rotating arm, blocking the filtering airflow and changing the internal pressure condition of the bag. This causes the filter bags to vibrate and shake off accumulated dust. 1. 2. The spring-type frame must have sufficient turns and elasticity, and the spacing after being pulled apart should be even.

3. All welding points on the frame of the fabric bag should be securely焊接, with no instances of loose, poor, or missing welds.

4. The surface of the bag frame in contact with the filter bag should be smooth and shiny, with no weld scars, unevenness, or burrs.

5. The fabric bag frame surface is treated, with electroplating, spray painting, or painting applied according to specific needs. If used in high-temperature conditions, the treatment must meet the requirements of the operating temperature.
