Shandong Qianlin Metal Material Co., Ltd. offers pickling and passivation seamless steel tubes, an emerging surface treatment method for steel tubes in recent years. It primarily cleans the surface of the tubes through pickling. During the cleaning process, certain inhibitors are added to enhance the performance of the steel. The treated tubes are known as pickling and passivation seamless steel tubes.
Steel industry, as the fundamental industry for the national economic development, directly affects the vital interests and development level of the national economy. With the continuous growth and technological advancement of China's steel industry, as well as the needs of national economic construction, our steel industry is facing new challenges and opportunities. Currently, China has become a major steel-producing country, the third-largest consumer, and a significant importer.
Due to factors such as resource scarcity and increased environmental pressure, the contradiction between the growing domestic steel production and relatively insufficient demand has become increasingly prominent. Moreover, the continuous rise in international iron ore prices and the further advancement of energy conservation and emission reduction efforts in China have further driven up the demand for steel. In response to market demands, I have developed an environmentally friendly product - pickled and passivated bright pipes. Pickled and passivated bright pipes are an eco-friendly and energy-saving pipeline material, featuring the following characteristics:
High impact resistance (more than double that of traditional welded pipes)
2. Interior wall smooth, non-scaling, and resistant to microbial growth.
3. Long service life (normal service life up to 30 years or more)
4. Easy and quick installation (can be cut, ground, and drilled), with a low overall cost (cost per meter is 13-12% lower than traditional welded pipes).
5. Eco-friendly and odorless.
6. Both interior and exterior are hot-dipped galvanized.
7. Exquisite appearance.
8. Specifications and sizes are available for customization to meet customer requirements!
All products produced in our factory can be manufactured and inspected according to GB/T 1591-2008!
Passivated pickling steel pipes, pickled phosphatized seamless pipes, passivated pickling seamless steel pipes, and passivated pickling seamless steel pipe factories, etc., are mainly used for special purposes such as refrigeration, hydraulic systems, gas pipelines, and oil transportation. Also widely used in household appliances, IT industry, automotive manufacturing, machinery production, communication facilities, transportation roads, transmission lines, and electrical cable engineering.
The necessity of pipeline pickling: Equipment and pipelines in new installations generate a significant amount of debris during the manufacturing, storage, transportation, and installation processes. This debris primarily includes: scale, iron oxide rust, silt, slag, flux, anti-rust oil, and surface coatings.
The passivation mechanism is primarily explained by the film theory, which suggests that passivation occurs due to the interaction between the metal and an oxidizing medium. During this interaction, a very thin, dense, and well-coated passivation film forms on the metal surface, firmly adhering to it. This film exists as an independent phase, typically a compound of oxygen and the metal. It acts as a complete barrier between the metal and the corrosive medium, preventing direct contact between them. This effectively halts the metal's dissolution and achieves passivity, thereby preventing corrosion.
Compared to corrosion during pickling, equipment operation accidents caused by rolling scales, iron oxide rust, mud and sand, welding slag, rust preventive oil, and coatings pose greater dangers. After chemical cleaning, a clean metal surface is achieved, allowing for faster production of qualified products. The economic benefits gained by the factory will significantly outweigh the investment costs of the cleaning process.
The company adheres to the philosophy of "people-oriented and customer-first," employing scientific concepts of development and management practices, integrating them into the entire process of product manufacturing and customer service, ensuring customers enjoy high-quality products.
