Precision tube processing methods include cold rolling, cold drawing, and honing. Cold rolling precision seamless steel tubes are produced by cold rolling seamless steel tube finished products or billets after being pickled, phosphatized, and saponified, then rolled into hydraulic steel tubes. These hydraulic steel tubes have an extremely high precision, typically controlled within the range of 0.02-0.05mm. The standard is GB3639-83, with an allowable deviation in inner diameter of 0.03mm, inner surface roughness: Ra 0.2-0.8μm, and straightness of 0.3-1.5mm/m for the oil-steel cylinder diameter. Precision tubes are widely used in many industries such as construction machinery, metallurgical machinery, plastic machinery, valve machinery, mining machinery, road construction machinery, and textile machinery.
