Portable firewater cannons are fire suppression equipment that uses water as a medium for extinguishing fires at a distance. They are suitable for petrochemical enterprises, storage areas, aircraft hangars, warehouses, port terminals, garages, and are an ideal vehicle-mounted fire cannon for fire trucks. In many fire fighting operations, firefighters often face situations where the fire is far from a water source, and fire trucks cannot enter narrow spaces. In such cases, firefighters have to lay out long hoses to enter the interior of the fire scene, which delays rescue time. There are also special types of fires, such as oil tank fires in chemical factories, which are highly prone to explosion due to high temperatures. Firefighters still need to spray water at close range to cool down the fire without being able to guarantee their own safety. The introduction of portable firewater cannons has solved many difficulties in fire fighting.
