The PS series fire hoses are a new multi-functional fire extinguishing equipment made of high-pressure and high-intensity material combinations.The nozzle is designed with a guidance flow principle, featuring high flow rate, concentrated water stream, long range, multiple functions, and can operate both as a direct stream and a spray jet. The flow rate can be adjusted as required within the range of (30-50 L/S). It is easy to operate, allowing both horizontal and tilting rotations of the cannon body, and it also includes features like positioning and locking, which are beneficial for operators to evacuate the scene and for unmanned operation.
1. Rotate the flow control sleeve to insert the throttle positioning block hook into the corresponding slot for the desired flow value, then adjust the flow.
2. Turn the spray nozzle adjustment ring clockwise to set it to a direct jet mode, and counterclockwise to adjust it to a mist mode.
3. Rotate the handle to adjust the jet direction; simply lock the handle when personnel leave.
4. Spray with the wind to optimize fire-resistant performance.
Before operation, check if the water-inlet flange of the cannon is securely sealed with the outer connection flange by bolts.
Adjust the pipeline water pressure to the rated pressure range (observed through the serial number pressure gauge).
3. To activate direct current spraying, simply rotate the numbered (DC spray handle) clockwise. To switch the cannon to spray mode, rotate the numbered (DC spray handle) counterclockwise.
4. To adjust the flow size during operation, simply turn the handle (limiting handle) from right to left, then rotate the handle (flow adjustment sleeve) to the desired flow, and press it down from left to right to achieve ideal flow spraying. (Counterclockwise rotation reduces flow, clockwise increases it.)
5. While operating, simply rotate to adjust the horizontal position and pitch angle to realign the jet target.
