The PS series fire hoses are a new type of multi-functional fire extinguishing equipment made of high-pressure, high-intensity materials.The nozzle is designed with a guidance flow principle, featuring high flow rate, concentrated water stream, long range, multiple functions, and can be used for both direct stream and spray jet. The flow rate can be adjusted as required within the range of (30~50L/S). It is easy to operate, with the cannon body capable of both horizontal and tilting rotation, and it also includes functions such as positioning and locking, which facilitate the operator's evacuation and unmanned operation.
The PS series fire hoses are mainly composed of components such as the base, horizontal locking handle, operating handle, barrel, pressure gauge, pitch locking handle, nozzle, etc. Users can install a butterfly valve on the base to control the water flow, opening or closing. Operators can adjust the barrel position to aim at the fire point by horizontal rotation and pitch adjustment. It's recommended to spray with the wind as much as possible during operation, ensuring both safety for firefighters and optimal performance.
Before operation, check if the water inlet flange of the cannon is securely sealed with the external connection flange by bolts.
2. Adjust the pipeline water pressure to the rated pressure range (observed through the serial pressure gauge)
3. To activate direct current spraying, simply rotate the numbered (DC spray handle) clockwise. To maintain the nozzle in the spraying mode, turn the numbered (DC spray handle) counterclockwise.
4. To adjust the flow size while in operation, simply turn the serial number (limiting handle) from right to left, then rotate the serial number (flow adjustment sleeve) to the desired flow. Press the positioning from left to right to achieve ideal flow喷射. (Clockwise rotation decreases flow, counterclockwise increases flow.)
5. While working, to adjust the jet target, simply rotate the horizontal position and pitch angle is sufficient.
