The PS series fire hoses are a new multi-functional fire extinguishing equipment made of high-pressure and high-strength material combinations.The nozzle is designed with a guidance flow principle, featuring high flow rate, concentrated water stream, long range, multiple functions, and can be used for both direct stream and spray jet. The flow rate can be adjusted as required within the range of (30-50 L/S). It operates flexibly and conveniently, allowing both horizontal and tilting rotations of the nozzle body, and can also achieve functions such as positioning and locking, which are beneficial for the operator to evacuate the scene and implement unmanned operation.
1. Rotate the flow control sleeve to insert the throttle positioning block hook into the corresponding slot for the desired flow value and adjust the flow.
2. Turn the spray nozzle adjustment ring clockwise to set it to a direct jet mode, and counter-clockwise to adjust it to a mist mode.
3. Turn the handle to adjust the spray direction; simply lock the handle when personnel leave.
4. When spraying, do so with the wind, for better and fully utilized fire-fighting performance.
1. Fire cannons should be used within the specified operating pressure range.
2. Regularly inspect the cannon's integrity and operational flexibility. Promptly repair any tightened components that are loose or deformed to ensure the cannon remains in optimal working condition.
3. The ball valve on the fire monitor should be opened or closed within the specified operating pressure range to prevent damage and deformation to the ball valve and its sealing parts.
4. After each use, spray for a while with clean water, then drain all the water from the cannon. In severely cold winter areas, it is especially important to ensure no water remains in the fire cannon to prevent freezing damage.
5. Use clean water to avoid damage to the ball valve or blockage of the fire monitor.
6. The fire monitor's rotating parts should be regularly lubricated to ensure smooth operation.
7. No personnel shall stand at the nozzle of the fire cannon during spraying.
8. Fire cannons should not be used to extinguish fires at electrically charged facilities to prevent electric shocks.
9. Retain the quick-release rain cover for everyday use.
