1. Fire cannons should be used within the specified operating pressure range.

2. Regularly inspect the cannon's integrity and operational flexibility. If any fasteners are loose or deformed, they should be repaired promptly to ensure the cannon remains in optimal working condition.

3. The ball valve on the fire monitor should be opened or closed within the specified operating pressure range to prevent damage and deformation of the ball valve and sealing parts.

4. After each use, spray the fire lance with clean water for a while, then drain all the water from the lance. In severely cold areas during winter, extra attention must be paid to ensure no water remains in the fire lance to prevent freezing damage.

5. Use clean water to avoid damaging the ball valve or blocking the fire hose.

6. The fire monitor's rotating parts should be frequently lubricated to ensure smooth operation.

7. Absolutely no personnel allowed at the nozzle of the fire cannon during operation.

8. Fire cannons should not be used to extinguish fires at electrified facilities to prevent electric shocks.

9. Retain the quick-release rain cover for everyday use.
