Operators can adjust the barrel position to aim at the fire point by horizontal rotation and pitch adjustment. It's recommended to spray with the wind as much as possible during the operation, ensuring both the safety of the firefighters and the full performance of the hose.
1. Fire cannons should be used within the specified operating pressure range.
2. Regularly inspect the cannon's integrity and operational flexibility. If any fasteners are loose or deformed, they should be repaired promptly to ensure the cannon remains in optimal working condition.
3. The ball valve on the fire monitor should be opened or closed within the specified operating pressure range to prevent damage and deformation to the ball valve and sealing parts.
4. After each use, spray for a period with clean water, then completely drain the water from the fire cannon. In areas with severe winter cold, extra attention must be given to ensure no water remains in the fire cannon to prevent freezing and damage.
5. Use clean water to avoid damage to the ball valve or clogging of the fire monitor.
6. The fire monitor should be regularly lubricated at the turning parts to ensure smooth operation.
7. Absolutely no personnel are allowed at the nozzle of the fire cannon during operation.
8. Fire cannons should not be used to extinguish fires at electrified facilities to prevent electric shock.
9. Keep the quick-release rain cover on during normal use.
