The PS series fire nozzles are a new multi-functional fire extinguishing equipment made of high-pressure, high-intensity material combinations.The nozzle is designed with a guiding flow principle, featuring high flow rate, concentrated water stream, long range, multiple functions, and can operate both as a direct stream and a spray jet. The flow rate can be adjusted as required within the range of (30-50 L/S). It is easy to operate, allowing both horizontal and vertical rotation of the cannon body, and also includes features like positioning and locking, which facilitate the evacuation of the operator and unmanned operation.
The PS series fire hoses are primarily composed of components such as the base, horizontal locking handle, operating handle, barrel, pressure gauge, pitch locking handle, nozzle, etc. Users can install a butterfly valve on the base to control the flow or shutdown of water. Operators can adjust the barrel position to aim at the fire point by rotating horizontally and tilting. It is recommended to shoot with the wind for better performance, ensuring both safety for firefighters and optimal performance.
Prior to operation, check if the water inlet flange of the cannon is securely sealed by bolts to the outer connecting flange.
Adjust the pipeline water pressure to the rated pressure range (observed through the serial pressure gauge).
3. To activate direct current jetting, simply rotate the numbered (DC spray handle) clockwise. To keep the cannon in spray mode, rotate the numbered (DC spray handle) counterclockwise.
4. To adjust the flow size while in operation, simply pull the serial number (limiting handle) from right to left, then rotate the serial number (flow adjustment sleeve) to the desired flow. Press the positioning from left to right to achieve ideal flow喷射. (Clockwise rotation reduces flow, counterclockwise increases it.)
5. To adjust the jet target during operation, simply rotate the horizontal position and pitch angle.
