The PS series fire hose nozzle is a new multi-functional fire extinguishing equipment made of high-pressure and high-strength material combinations.The nozzle is designed with a flow guide principle, featuring high flow rate, concentrated water stream, long range, multiple functions, and can operate both as a direct stream and a spray jet. The flow rate can be adjusted as required within the range of (30-50 L/S). It is easy to operate, allowing both horizontal and tilting rotations of the cannon body, and it also includes features like positioning and locking, which are beneficial for the operator's safe evacuation and unmanned operation.
1. Rotate the flow control sleeve to insert the throttle positioning block hook into the slot corresponding to the flow value, and adjust the flow.
2. Turn the spray nozzle adjustment ring clockwise to set it to a direct jet spray, and counter-clockwise to adjust it to a mist spray.
3. Rotate the handle to adjust the spray direction; simply lock the handle when personnel leave.
4. When spraying, do so with the wind to enhance the fire-fighting performance.
Before operation, check if the water inlet flange of the cannon is securely sealed with the external flange through bolts.
2. Adjust the pipeline water pressure to the rated pressure range (observed via the serial number pressure gauge)
3. To activate direct current spraying, simply rotate the numbered (DC spray handle) clockwise. To switch the cannon to spray mode, rotate the numbered (DC spray handle) counterclockwise.
4. To adjust the flow size during operation, simply pull the numbered (limiting handle) from right to left, then rotate the number (flow adjustment sleeve) to the desired flow, and press it down from left to right to achieve ideal flow喷射. (Counterclockwise rotation decreases flow, clockwise rotation increases flow.)
5. To adjust the spray target while working, simply rotate the horizontal position and pitch angle.
