SDJ-703 Vibrating TransmitterPrimarily composed of a vibration speed sensor and a functional speed circuit section, this vibration transmitter features an integrated fixed installation design. It can be mounted externally on the housing in either a vertical or horizontal orientation, allowing for long-term monitoring of the vibration conditions of outdoor fans and indoor water pumps, among other equipment. The output current, DC 4-20mA, and switch signals are directly fed into the computer DCS system, greatly facilitating maintenance personnel in real-time machine operation monitoring. The vibration transmitter operates on a DC +24V power supply and uses a waterproof wiring connection, making installation simple. To modify the reminder settings on-site, simply open the cover, press the set switch, adjust the potentiometer next to the switch until the red light illuminates, then observe it twice; green indicates normal measurement, while red indicates a reminder.
