The stator does not employ a toothed lamination design, but is instead made up of smooth cylindrical laminations. The rotor consists of multi-pole rare earth permanent magnet poles and a ring-shaped hollow shaft. This structure is characterized by a large air gap, ensuring a uniform magnetic resistance throughout the entire working air gap, thus endowing the motor with the advantage of zero-slot torque.
