A DC Torque Motor is a special type of brushless permanent magnet synchronous motor, where the load is directly connected to the rotor without any transmission components, thus making the torque motor a direct drive technology. It is also known as a "frameless" motor, meaning it lacks a housing, bearings, or measurement system. These components are selected or purchased as a set by the machine manufacturer based on the required performance.
This series of torque motors operates smoothly and silently, capable of achieving ultra-low-speed servo operation with the proper sensors and drivers. The motors' disassembled annular ultra-thin structure is particularly suitable for applications with stringent requirements for space dimensions and weight. This series of motors meets environmental usage requirements from -50°C to +85°C.
