
Voice Coil Linear Motor, also known as Lorentz motor or scanning mirror motor, derives its name from its structure resembling a loudspeaker's voice coil. It is a high-speed, direct-drive motor with rapid response frequency. Voice coil motors offer zero magnetic hysteresis, zero magnetic cogging effect, high frequency response, high acceleration, high speed, good force characteristics, easy control, small size, and high resolution. Abroad, voice coil motors are regarded as excellent servo drive devices. Depending on the configuration of the drive, feedback, controller, and control algorithm, voice coil motors generally achieve a motion frequency of 500-1000 Hz, even higher.






Flat coil motors have a shorter stroke compared to rectangular coil motors in the same volume, but their advantage is a lower profile. They offer a thrust of 500N and a stroke of 25mm. The flat coil series is an ideal product for generating short stroke X-Y motion, mainly targeting the semiconductor and micro-machining industry.

The air-cushion platform with a voice coil motor utilizes air-cushion guides and operates stably. This levitation is achieved by introducing pressure air into the bearing cavity, with an extremely small pressure release gap, ensuring the levitation of the rotating shaft. High speed, no friction; no wear; no need for lubrication; excellent speed control performance; and no noise. Due to the numerous advantages of the air-cushion guides, more and more application fields are now using air bearings to replace conventional mechanical bearings.
