Aluminum alloy floating dock / steel structure floating dock

The main structure of the frame construction consists of anticorodal marine grade aluminium 6061-T6, welded together so as to obtain a solid supporting frame, completed by electrically isolated aluminium beams, on which the floors made of WPC (Wood Plastic Composite). The new aluminum alloy yacht dock is made from marine-grade 6061 aluminum, T6 heat treated, and MIG welded. The surface has been scientifically treated, enhancing the frame's antioxidant and corrosion-resistant properties, offering excellent corrosion resistance and versatility for use in rivers, lakes, and seas.

1.Hot dip Galvanized Steel frame floating dock,stable and elegant.
2.LLDPE floats or concrete floats with EPS foam, density at least 15kg/m³.
3.WPC decking or other imported decking, fixed by stainless steel 316L screw and bolts.

The steel structure wharf uses hot-dip galvanized steel beams with a corrosion-resistant coating. It must be treated for corrosion when used at the wharf. The wharf offers great value for money, with excellent structural strength and stability. Construction is easy and straightforward.
