The water tanker tank is elliptical or square-circular in structure, made of Wuhan Iron and Steel carbon steel, formed in one go using a large-scale roller machine, with advanced equipment for automatic welding, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing appearance. The entire tank body has a 2-3 compartment water storage, with a through-hole at the bottom of the middle partition. The tank is equipped with anti-vibration and wave partitions inside, and the interior partitions serve as wave prevention, reducing the impact of liquid inside the tank during vehicle travel. The exterior is coated with anti-rust and decorative paint, and the interior is treated to prevent rust.
When using rivers or ponds as water sources for sprinkler trucks, ensure the entire end of the suction pipe is submerged in the water. To prevent the intake of stones or excessive silt and debris, install a filter device at the water intake of the suction pipe. If the water source is shallow, dig the intake area deeper in advance to ensure it's free of debris and air.
2. For the first use of the self-priming pump, priming water is required; thereafter, no additional priming is necessary. The suction pipe system must maintain a certain vacuum during water intake to draw water into the tank. The suction pipe system must be sealed and reliable; the hose cannot be damaged and the rigid pipe cannot have cracks, otherwise air leakage will occur, resulting in failure to draw water.
3. The take-off device must be engaged while parked, whether before the water truck starts to suck water or before it sprays. Before winter arrives, the water in the pump and water pipes should be drained to prevent freezing and cracking. In northern China, construction typically ceases during severe winters, so after completion, the water in the pump and pipes should be immediately drained to avoid future issues.
