The water tank of the sprinkler truck is elliptical or square in shape, made of Wuhan Iron and Steel carbon steel, formed in one go using a large-scale roller machine, with advanced automatic welding technology for a more aesthetically pleasing and sealed appearance. The entire tank has 2-3 compartments, with a through-hole at the bottom of the middle partition. The tank is equipped with anti-vibration and wave baffles, and the internal partitions serve as wave prevention, reducing the impact of liquid inside the tank during vehicle operation. The exterior is coated with anti-rust and decorative paint, and the interior is treated to prevent rust.
1. When water trucks use rivers or ponds as water sources, ensure the entire tip of the suction pipe is submerged in the water. To prevent the intake of stones or excessive mud, sand, and debris, install a filter device at the water intake of the suction pipe. If the water source is shallow, dig the intake area deeper in advance to ensure it's free of debris and air.
2. When using a self-priming pump, initial priming is required, but no further priming is needed thereafter. The suction pipe system must maintain a certain vacuum during water intake to draw water into the tank. The suction pipe system must be sealed and reliable; hoses must not be damaged, and rigid pipes must not have cracks, otherwise air leakage will occur, preventing water from being drawn.
3. The take-off device must be engaged while parked, whether before water intake or before watering. Before winter arrives, it's essential to drain the water from the pump and water pipes to prevent them from freezing and cracking. In northern China, construction typically ceases during severe winters, so immediately after completion, the water in the pump and pipes should be emptied to avoid future issues.
4. Sprinkler Truck Black Technology: Intelligent Sprinkling System. Consists of three main parts: (1) Power Take-Off Protection System, with one-touch on/off control to prevent damage from misuse; (2) Water Level Alert System, monitoring the internal water level of the tank through sensors, providing early warnings to prevent pump burnout from running dry; (3) Cabin Voice Guidance, to guide usage and prevent damage caused by new drivers. Seamless pipe bends to prevent blockages, ensuring smooth water flow, paired with a full-truck large bore ball valve.
