After-Sales Instructions
1. Logistics Distribution
All guardrails are shipped via logistics; for certain areas not accessible, please contact customer service to discuss shipping routes. Production begins after the deposit is paid. Delivery typically takes 5 to 15 days depending on the quantity. The specific delivery time and location will be confirmed by you upon receipt. Please understand that delays due to unforeseen factors such as weather, natural disasters, or road conditions are beyond our control.
2. Payment Methods
Sign the contract, pay 30% of the total project amount upfront, and settle the final payment before shipment.
3. Regarding Color
All products are photographed in real life. Due to lighting, display color variations, and individual differences in color perception, there may be discrepancies between the actual item and the photo. Please refer to the actual product as the standard!
4. Return and Exchange Policy
All orders are custom-made and cannot be resold. Any cancellation during the process will result in significant losses for us. Therefore, we do not accept returns for any reason, and any payment made cannot be refunded. Please understand this. Buyers are advised to carefully read the product details before placing an order. If there are any questions, please contact customer service. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to the above terms.
