
Overview of D-Type Multi-Stage Pump Related Products
The D-type pump is a single-suction, multi-stage, horizontal centrifugal pump, which is an energy-saving and updated product developed by boldly improving the structure of the old DA-type pump and adopting an advanced hydraulic model design. It completely replaces the old DA-type pump and gives rise to the DG, MD, and DF series pumps based on the input medium and temperature.
Section 2: Horizontal Multistage Pump Series Structure Description
D, DG, MD, DF series pumps are installed horizontally, with the suction port horizontal (DG vertically upward) and the discharge port vertically upward. The pump's suction section, middle section, and discharge section are connected as a unit with tension bolts. The pump is composed of main components such as the suction section, middle section, discharge section, impeller, shaft, guide vanes, guide vane sleeve, and balancing disk. The axial force of the rotor is balanced by the balancing disk, and rolling bearings are used with grease lubrication. The shaft seal employs stuffing box sealing. Water is introduced into the stuffing box at a certain pressure to act as a water seal. From the direction of the drive end, it rotates in a clockwise direction.
Horizontal Multistage Pump, Main Application
1. The D-type pump is designed for conveying clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. The medium temperature should not exceed 80°C, making it suitable for mining drainage, factory and urban construction water supply, and long-distance water transportation.
2. The DG type is designed for conveying clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. The medium temperature should not exceed 200°C, suitable for small boiler feed water or for conveying hot water and similar media.
3. The MD type single-suction multi-stage wear-resistant pump is an improved design of the wear-resistant multi-stage centrifugal pump based on the D type pump. The MD pump is energy-saving, has good wear resistance, and a long service life, particularly suitable for mine drainage and the transportation of mine water with solid particle content not exceeding 1.5% (particle diameter less than 0.5mm) and other similar liquids, with a liquid temperature not exceeding 80°C.
4. The DF type single-suction multi-stage corrosion-resistant pump is designed for conveying liquids with a temperature range of -20 to 105℃ that are free of solid particles and corrosive. The pump's inlet pressure allowance is 0.6MPa. It is mainly used in industrial sectors such as chemicals, petrochemicals, metallurgy, light industry, dyeing and printing, environmental protection, seawater desalination, offshore oil extraction, and mining.
