(1) Startup, Operation, and Maintenance

1.1 Pre-Operation Inspection

Before operation, manually rotate the coupling or shaft to check if the direction is correct and if the movement is smooth. If it's difficult to rotate or there are unusual sounds, inspect it immediately. During inspection, first check the coupling for levelness by hand, and observe the position of the lubricant through the oil level sight in the bearing housing to ensure it's near the centerline of the sight (if too much, drain some; if too little, add some). Rotate while inspecting. If the issue persists, disassemble the pump for inspection (refer to the structural diagram and disassembly procedure in this manual), clean any foreign objects, and contact the factory to negotiate a solution.
