FPZ Series Corrosion-Resistant Self-Priming Centrifugal Pump Product Overview:
FPZ Corrosion-Resistant Self-Priming Centrifugal Oil Pumps, made by one-shot injection molding with Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) and Reinforced Polypropylene (RPP). High mechanical strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and unique scientific structure. Equipped with suction chamber, storage chamber, non-return chamber for liquid return, gas-liquid separation chamber, and reflux holes. Only needs to be primed once before the first start-up; no need for repeated priming. Liquid under-valve is installed on the suction pipe. The mechanical seal does not require additional cooling water during operation, making it easy to handle and safe with no leakage. It is a replacement for submersible pumps and suitable for transporting various corrosive media at -40℃ to +120℃ (PVDF) and -40℃ to 80℃ (RPP).

The FPZ Corrosion-Resistant Plastic Self-Priming Pump is primarily used for transferring corrosive liquids such as acids, alkalis, and salts. However, it should not be used for transporting certain chemicals that have a significant effect on ABS engineering plastics, such as halogen derivatives of aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons, ketones, and concentrated acids and alkalis.
