
The ZE heavy-duty petrochemical process pump is suitable for transferring clean liquids or liquids containing a small amount of particles, as well as low-temperature, high-temperature, neutral, and corrosive liquids. The pump cover features cooling or heating pipe connections, and the shaft seal employs either a single or double-end mechanical seal, complete with a cooling, flushing, or sealing fluid system.
I. Overview of ZE Petrochemical Process Pumps
ZA and ZE type petrochemical pumps are single-stage horizontal centrifugal pumps. The ZA model features a foot-supported pump body, while the ZE model has a center-supported pump body. Both series of pumps are equipped with single-stage radial impellers, axial suction, and radial discharge. Hydraulic balance is achieved using front and rear wear rings and balancing holes, as per operating conditions. The shaft seal is designed with packing, single face mechanical seal, or double single face mechanical seals, and is equipped with a cooling, flushing, or sealing fluid system.
The standard pipeline is designed according to API 610 specifications. The pressure ratings of the intake and discharge pipeline flanges are the same.
From the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.
Section II: Application Range of ZE Chemical Pumps
This series of pumps is suitable for conveying various neutral and corrosive liquids (acids, alkalis, salts, and liquid petrochemical products, organic compounds, etc. in various concentrations and temperatures), with a temperature range of -80℃ to 450℃. The high operating pressure of the ZA type pump reaches 2.5Mpa, and the ZE type pump reaches 5.0Mpa. This series is widely used in oil refineries, petrochemical industries, coal processing industries, and low-temperature engineering. It is also suitable for the chemical industry, paper and sugar production, and general process industries. It is used in water supply plants, desalination plants, power plants, heating and air conditioning systems, environmental protection projects, shipbuilding, and marine industries.

4. Description of ZE Chemical Process Pump Structure
ZA and ZE type petrochemical pumps comply with API 610 standard, with bore sizes ranging from 25 to 400mm, flow rates up to 2600m³/h, and head up to 250m.
Simultaneously, it ensures the maintenance conditions for process work requirements. The bearing, shaft seal, and impeller form a single rotor assembly that can be quickly disassembled or assembled, significantly reducing the downtime for maintenance.
The impeller is a single-suction radial closed type, equipped with both an impeller wear-resistant ring and a pump housing wear-resistant ring. In case of wear, simply replacing the wear-resistant rings can reduce maintenance and component costs.
Pump cover featuring a cooling and heating bearing housing structure. The shaft seal comes in two types: stuffing box seal and mechanical seal, allowing users to select according to different operating conditions.
