Product Introduction

The YMF series pumps are single-stage, single-suction, bracket-type horizontal centrifugal pumps, suitable for transporting fluids containing suspended particles, corrosive, abrasive media, viscous media, and liquids with scaling characteristics, as well as gas-containing liquids. They are widely used in industries such as fertilizer, chemical, wastewater treatment, food, papermaking, sugar production, mining, and alumina, where they are highly favored for their excellent hydraulic performance and corrosion and abrasion resistance, having become the pump of choice for many demanding applications.

Performance and Advantages

1) The impeller passage is spacious with excellent hydraulic performance. The front and rear covers of the impeller are equipped with back vanes to reduce medium leakage. Different types of impellers can be selected according to the characteristics of the medium, and they have good interchangeability.

2) Various sealing types are available for selection, catering to different working conditions and user requirements.

3) The shaft features a rigid design, utilizing GB standard roller bearings and thrust bearings, capable of withstanding significant radial forces, ensuring long-term operation of the transmission part.

4) The pump casing is robust and thick, with a smooth inner wall, exhibiting exceptional corrosion and wear resistance, ensuring a long service life.

5) There is a considerable conical space between the impeller and the pump cover, effectively preventing the possibility of solid-phase medium entering the shaft seal.

6) Equipped with an axial adjustment device, the pump's performance can be greatly restored after certain erosion and corrosion occur in the overflow components by adjusting the gap between the impeller and the pump housing.
