The GNF series single-screw thickener pumps are volumetric pumps. Their main working components are the eccentric spiral screw (referred to as the stator) and the screw sleeve with a double-line spiral surface on its inner surface (also referred to as the stator). The working principle is as follows: as the motor rotates, it drives the screw to rotate around its own axis while also rolling along the surface of the sleeve. This forms a sealed chamber of the pump. With each revolution of the screw, the liquid in the sealed chamber is pushed forward by one pitch. As the screw rotates continuously, the liquid is pressed from one sealed chamber to another in a spiral manner,挤出泵体.
A screw pump is a new type of mechanical device for transporting liquids, featuring a simple structure, safe and reliable operation, easy maintenance, continuous and uniform discharge, and stable pressure. The single-screw pumps produced by our company are made of stainless acid-resistant steel for all metal parts in contact with the material, and the sleeve is lined with odorless and tasteless rubber. The working temperature can reach 120°C. Due to its corrosion resistance, acid resistance, and oil resistance, it is suitable for transporting various viscosity food pastes. Additionally, in the production processes of chemicals, petroleum, and wastewater treatment, it can be used to transport solutions, slurries, suspensions, and adhesives with viscosities ranging from 1 to 1,000,000 centipoise, free of solid particles or lumps.
