Detailed Description:
The working principle of the micro-metering screw pump is: when the pump is in operation, the liquid is drawn into the sealed space between the screw and the pump casing. As the driving screw rotates, the pump's sealed volume increases under the compression of the screw threads, thereby boosting the pump pressure.
Micro screw pumps, also known as micro metering pumps, are specially designed structural pumps for small fluid transfer systems. In addition to possessing all the working characteristics of standard screw pumps, they are also suitable for metering and dosing small flow rate liquids. They can transport liquids ranging from dilute to high viscosity, as well as corrosive and solid-containing chemical media. The metering accuracy is 1%. There are eight flow rate options and four pressure models available, ranging from 0.1 to 1.424 liters per hour, with pressures at 0.6, 1.2, 1.8, and 2.4 MPa. The RV series dosing screw pumps are widely used in industries such as chemicals, mechanical manufacturing, food, cosmetics, electronics, wastewater treatment, papermaking, and pulp production. The pump's structural design facilitates the replacement of rotors, stators, and liquid-contacting components.
Advantages of the RV series micro screw pump:
Axial dimensions are small, 1/3 to 1/2 shorter than those of general pump structures, with a trend towards miniaturization.
2. Minimal temperature impact, low working torque.
3. High self-priming capability up to 7-8M, maintains stable flow even at low speeds. Typically used as a metering dosing pump.
4. Low energy consumption, suitable for making micro pumps, even a 40W motor can operate normally.
5. Non-pulsating, uniform flow, measurement accuracy better than ±1%, suitable for low flow measurement.
6. Easy maintenance, low cost. Easy to install and move.
