Detailed Description
1. Low speed, typically not exceeding 1450 rpm, ensuring stable operation in accordance with crystallization process requirements.
2. Excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and good cavitation resistance.
3. The pump medium flows vertically downward and horizontally outward. The significant impact of water flow on the pump shaft has led to the addition of a shaft sleeve protection device within the pump body. This transfers the plunging force of the medium to the pump body, ensuring stable operation of the pump and greatly reducing the impact of the medium on the mechanical seal, thereby extending the seal's lifespan. This structural improvement represents a significant step forward for similar domestic products. Additionally, the pump body is made of welded or monolithic casting, offering good rigidity and a stable intermediate support structure.
4. The bearing housing features a long-span heavy-duty structure with excellent stability, strong load-bearing capacity, and reliable operation. Compared to similar domestic products, it is easier to install. The front and rear ends are equipped with radial short cylindrical bearings and heavy-duty paired bearings, respectively.
5. Advanced shaft sealing with double-face mechanical seals, externally connected with cooling and flushing water, improving the shaft seal working conditions and extending the mechanical seal lifespan. The outer diameter of the shaft sleeve is increased, with thicker walls and less deformation compared to domestic counterparts.
