
The evaporator配套forced circulation pump is a high-flow, low-head axial pump. Suitable for the forced circulation systems of evaporators in industries such as vacuum salt production, alumina, phosphoric acid, phosphate ammonium, caustic soda, etc. It can also be used as a circulation pump for crystallizers and reactors.
Its advantages are primarily manifested in:
1. Low rotational speed, typically under 980 rpm, with a 6-speed rating, ensuring stable operation in compliance with crystallization process requirements.
2. Excellent hydraulic performance with efficiency over 70%, and good cavitation resistance.
3. The pump medium flows vertically downward and horizontally outward. The significant impact of water flow on the pump shaft has led to the addition of a protective sleeve device inside the pump body. This transfers the plunging force of the medium to the pump body, ensuring stable operation of the pump and greatly reducing the impact of the medium on the mechanical seal, thereby extending the service life of the seal. This structural improvement represents a significant step forward in domestic similar products. Additionally, the pump body is made of a monolithic casting for excellent rigidity, and the intermediate support structure is securely connected.
4. The bearing housing section features a square long-span heavy-duty structure with excellent stability and strong load-bearing capacity. It operates reliably and is more convenient and precise for installation compared to similar domestic products (the original domestic bearing housing was in a split design). The front and rear ends are equipped with radial short cylindrical bearings and heavy-duty paired bearings, respectively. These bearings are all of NSK (SKF) or domestic brand.
5. Advanced shaft seal design featuring a combination of auxiliary impeller-powered sealing and Böhm fast-mount double-end mechanical seals, with external cooling and flushing water connections to enhance shaft seal operating conditions and extend mechanical seal lifespan. The outer diameter of the shaft sleeve is increased, with thicker walls and less deformation compared to domestic equivalents.
