1. The principle of average stress across each stage, with uniform stress distribution across all roller sections, ensures even wear and extends the roller's service life.

2. The C12MoV material used for rolling mills takes advantage of its wear resistance, but there is a contradiction between its strength and hardness. During heat treatment, the red hardness of C12MoV must be utilized, and two or even three tempering cycles are needed after quenching to achieve the desired hardness.

3. The track arc section is the core part of the sliding track. After the initial forming of the arc through several passes, during the subsequent folding of the vertical edge, the formed arc should be effectively constrained through the upper and lower rolling mills or cross wheels. Otherwise, the arc position of the material will certainly change during the stretching process, with R becoming triangular, the ball bearings not reaching the bottom, causing noise from the two-point contact. When R increases, it causes the track to vibrate, leading to blurred tracks during the sliding track's use, uneven force distribution, deformation of the sliding track, and shortened lifespan.

4. Rolling stability issues often arise during production, where materials tend to sway left or right within the roller tracks. This is actually due to uneven distribution of force on a single roller set; more force on the left causes the material to sway to the right, and vice versa with more force on the right causing the material to sway to the left.
