1. HealthyMart guarantees a one-year warranty for the entire equipment, offers lifetime repair services, and has a professional after-sales service team.
2. Within the warranty period: No charge for on-site repair service (Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai); no charge for replacement parts; no charge for repair service fees.
3. Beyond Warranty: In the event of any equipment failure, only charge for the corresponding on-site service fee; parts replacement cost; lifetime free of repair service fees.
4. After the warranty period, Jianshi Mall will also conduct regular follow-ups based on the customer's equipment usage to assist in proper equipment operation and promptly resolve any related issues.

Note:In case of man-made damage or non-quality issues, a reasonable on-site service fee and replacement part cost will be charged; repair service fees are waived.
