Protective fence equipment methods generally fall into two categories: base-mounted equipment and pre-buried equipment. Base-mounted equipment is generally suitable for surfaces that have already been hardened. Pre-buried equipment is typically used for unhardened surfaces. The guardrails we choose usually have more unhardened options. Today, we introduce the pre-buried equipment. The client needs to acknowledge the guardrail standards with the manufacturer to confirm the position of the posts, usually every 3 meters (from post center to post center). Next is to dig the foundation, where we typically dig a square pit measuring 30-40 centimeters. The standard can be adjusted to expand or shrink as needed.
Prepare sand and gravel materials (in general concrete pouring ratio) for quantity calculation. Prepare equipment and place columns in the foundation pit for concrete pouring. Add diagonal bracing to secure the columns; typically, one set of equipment requires 5-6 diagonal braces per column, which can be removed once the concrete sets. Once the columns are in place, install the mesh - set up the column - install the mesh in a cycle.
The structure is generally composed of columns and frames connected by fasteners, which can also be directly clipped to columns with mesh panels, bolted, or riveted with fasteners. The angles can be freely adjusted. It employs the welding frame mesh panel technique, offering aesthetic appeal, stability, and strong penetration.
All newly constructed basketball courts must meet the size requirements specified for major official FIBA competitions: 28 meters in length and 15 meters in width.
