Ⅰ. Overview
The LWGM series micro flowmeter is a flowmeter designed using the turbine principle for the specific measurement of micro flows, boasting high accuracy, especially under high temperature and high-pressure conditions. An electronic pulse generator is also integrated within the flowmeter, maintaining ±1% accuracy and ±0.25% repeatability even under long-term continuous operation. Thanks to its clever structural design, no sedimentation occurs during operation, ensuring a "clean" completion of the instrument. Therefore, even under the most stringent requirements, such as etchants used in the production processes of semiconductor integrated circuits and chips, where even an extremely tiny particle can render the chip scrap, the LWGM products can meet these demands.
