The ZWK-240KW model is a state-of-the-art, fully-featured temperature control device. It employs a PIV industrial computer as the main unit with interface circuits, a 15" color LCD display, and control software developed for Windows 2000. Key control functions include expert PID control and adaptive fuzzy control, with 12 loops that can be freely combined to track 12 curves. It offers 20-stage process curve settings with online modifications, power failure breakpoint protection, and hot start functionality. Silicon-controlled rectifier zero-triggering for power adjustment or phase shifting voltage regulation is available. Monitoring features include curve setting, real-time curve, and historical curve display and recording, dynamic parameter tables, and bar graph displays, along with voice alarm for faults. Management functions include storing process curves, displaying, saving, and printing historical curves, and features a paperless recorder. It is easy to operate, resistant to industrial field interference, and highly adaptable.
