Basic Structure: The fundamental construction of the centrifugal pump consists of six main components: impeller, pump casing, pump shaft, bearings, sealing ring, and stuffing box.
Blade wheel
The impeller is a critical component of the centrifugal pump, featuring high speed and great power. The blades on the impeller play a key role. The impeller must undergo a static balancing test before assembly. The inner and outer surfaces of the impeller must be smooth to minimize frictional losses in water flow.
Pump shaft
The shaft of the pump serves to connect the coupling and the electric motor, transferring the motor's torque to the impeller, making it the main component for transmitting mechanical energy.
Pipe centrifugal pump bearing
It is a component that fits over the pump shaft to support it, available in two types: rolling bearings and sliding bearings. Rolling bearings use cow oil as a lubricant; the oil should be added appropriately, typically 2/3 to 3/4 of the volume: too much can cause overheating, and too little will produce noise and heat! Sliding bearings use transparent oil as the lubricant, and should be filled to the oil level line. Too much oil will seep along the pump shaft and cause damage, while too little can overheat the bearing, leading to burnout and accidents! During the operation of the water pump, the bearing temperature should generally run around 60 degrees with an average of 85 degrees. If it's higher, investigate the cause (whether there's impurities, if the oil has turned black, or if water has entered) and handle it promptly!
Sealing Ring
Also known as a leakage reducer. Excessive gap between the impeller inlet and the pump casing can cause water in the high-pressure area of the pump to flow through this gap to the low-pressure area, affecting the pump's flow rate and efficiency! Too small a gap can cause friction and wear between the impeller and the pump casing. To increase backflow resistance, reduce internal leakage, and extend the service life of the impeller and pump casing, a sealing ring is installed at the junction of the pump casing inner edge and the impeller outer edge, with the sealed gap maintained between 0.25 to 1.10 mm.
Filling bush
Primarily composed of packing, water seal rings, packing sleeves, packing cover, and water seal tubes. The function of the packing box is mainly to seal the gap between the pump housing and the shaft, preventing the water inside the pump from leaking out and preventing outside air from entering the pump. Maintain a vacuum inside the water pump at all times! When heat is generated from friction between the pump shaft and the packing, the water seal tube channels water to the seal ring to cool the packing! Ensuring the normal operation of the water pump. Therefore, during the pump's operational routine inspections, special attention should be given to checking the packing box. The packing should be replaced after approximately 600 hours of operation.

Installation Notes
(1) The base surface for installation must be flat, clean, and capable of supporting the corresponding load; (2) Anchor bolts must be used at the points where fixation is required.
(3) For vertically mounted pumps, the anchor bolts must be sufficiently strong.
(4) If vertically installed, the motor must be above the pump.
(5) When installing on the wall, ensure proper alignment and centering.
