Epoxy coal tar asphalt anti-corrosion steel pipes are coated with a protective layer made from a paint consisting of epoxy resin, coal tar pitch, and fillers, applied to the steel pipe surface using glass cloth. This product is also known as 2-cloth-1-oil, 3-cloth-2-oil, or 4-cloth-3-oil, and is primarily used for the external anti-corrosion protection of buried or underwater steel pipelines for oil, gas, water supply, and heating. It is also suitable for the anti-corrosion treatment of various steel structures, docks, ships, sluices, gas storage tanks, equipment in oil refineries and chemical plants, as well as for waterproofing and leakage prevention in concrete structures such as concrete pipes, sewage pools, rooftop waterproofing layers, bathrooms, and basements.

Product Features
1. This product is a corrosion-resistant paint, featuring a smooth, dense, and hard coating with strong adhesion. It excels in resistance to salt, alkali, seawater, soil microbial corrosion, and plant root penetration. When used in combination with glass fiber cloth, it enhances the mechanical properties of the anti-corrosion layer.
2. Room temperature application, self-curing, easy to install, suitable for both manual and mechanical application, ideal for on-site use.
Technical Specifications
Epoxy coal tar coatings are divided into two categories based on their application functions: epoxy coal tar primer and epoxy coal tar topcoat. Our company's epoxy coal tar primer is a solvent-based product; the epoxy coal tar topcoat is a series, categorized into solvent-free (GH201) and thick paste (GH202) types based on solid content, and further divided into heat-resistant (for use within 150℃ with W added) and standard types (for use within 100℃). These are offered for users to select according to their actual anti-corrosion engineering requirements.
