| The LJ150 particle counter is designed using the principle of light interference (occlusion type) to detect the size and quantity of solid particles. It is applicable in various fields such as aerospace, power, oil, petrochemical, transportation, ports, metallurgy, machinery, and automotive manufacturing. It is used for the detection of solid particle contamination in oils such as hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, transformer oil (insulating oil), turbine oil (turbine oil), gear oil, engine oil, aviation kerosene, and water-based hydraulic oil. It also detects insoluble particles in organic liquids and polymer solutions. The instrument is equipped with the GB/T14039-2002 (ISO 4406:1999) hydraulic transmission oil fluid solid particle contamination grade code standard and the NAS 1638 cleanliness level standard for oils. It can also be customized with user-specific standards upon request. |
