This product is a white inorganic mineral raw material refined from natural quartz ore through processes such as crushing, acid washing, grinding, drying, and grading. It features high brightness, excellent transparency, good leveling properties, low oil absorption rate, uniform particle size, and possesses compressive, tensile, impact-resistant, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant properties, as well as stable chemical and physical characteristics.
Main Features:
1. Silicon dioxide quartz powder is a chemically and physically stable neutral inorganic filler that does not contain crystalline water, does not participate in the curing reaction, and does not affect the reaction mechanism.
2. Improved particle shape, increased specific surface area, expanded contact surface with adhesives, enhancing mechanical strength.
3. Increases the filling rate and reduces the linear expansion coefficient of the cured epoxy, unsaturated polyester, and polyurethane materials, as well as their shrinkage during curing.
4. Reduces heat of curing, extending construction time.
5. Increased filling amount leads to higher density of the cured unsaturated epoxy resin, which improves hardness, enhances mechanical strengths such as compressive, tensile, and impact resistance, and boosts wear resistance.
