










Pipe HeaterA pre-heating energy-saving device for substances, installed prior to the substance equipment, directly heats the substance, enabling it to circulate and heat at high temperatures, ultimately achieving energy savings. It is applied in the pre-heating of heavy oil, asphalt, and other fuel oils.
The pipe heater consists of two parts: the body and the control system. The heating element is encased in a stainless steel pipe as a protective sheath, using high-temperature resistance alloy wire, magnesium oxide powder, and formed through compression technology. The control section employs a digital circuit, integrated circuit trigger, and high-reverse voltage thyristors, etc., to form a adjustable temperature measurement and constant temperature system, ensuring the normal operation of the electric heater.
Product Applications
Pipe HeaterMedium can be heated from the initial temperature to the required temperature, up to 850°C. Applied to many scientific research and production laboratories in aerospace, industry, chemical industry, and universities. Particularly suitable for automatic temperature control and high-flow high-temperature combined systems and accessory testing. The heating medium of the product is non-conductive, non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive, and the heated space warms up quickly (可控).
Terms of Use
Working voltage should not exceed 1.1 times the rated value, and the housing should be effectively grounded.
2. The effective heating size must be fully submerged in water to prevent empty burning.
3. Regularly clean the scale from the tube surface to prevent reduced heat dissipation and extend the service life.
4. Components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance falls below 1MΩ due to long-term storage, the voltage can be reduced and the components can be heated by applying power or placed in an oven to dry, until the insulation resistance is restored.
Avoid excessive force when tightening the wiring screws.
