Air Duct HeaterPrimarily used for air heating in ducts, available in three specifications: low temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature. Their common structural feature is the use of steel plates to support the electric heating tubes to reduce vibration when the fan stops, and an over-temperature control device is installed in the junction boxes. The low-temperature model can be directly mounted on the duct. However, due to structural differences, the medium-temperature and high-temperature models have 100mm thick insulating material between the duct outer wall and the heater junction box. This not only reduces the entire duct's heat loss to the outside but also reduces the temperature inside the junction chamber.

1. The electric heating tube is made with an externally coiled corrugated stainless steel strip, which increases the surface area for heat dissipation, significantly enhancing the heat exchange efficiency.

The heater is designed with reasonable dimensions, offering low air resistance, even heating, and no high or low temperature dead zones.
