Carbon dioxide incubation is widely used in various scenarios, including university laboratories, life sciences, biotechnology, health and epidemic prevention, and research institutions.
Technical Features:
1. Stackable up to two layers for optimal use of lab space, featuring a microcomputer LCD controller for reliable operation. 2. Made with a stainless steel inner lining, rounded corners with quarter-arc transitions, and a panel bracket that is easily removable for easy cleaning in the workspace.
3. Infrared (IR) sensors are characterized by their fast detection of carbon dioxide gas without being affected by external temperature and humidity fluctuations. Even in situations with multiple users frequently opening and closing doors, they do not compromise, ensuring stable and uniform CO2 concentration inside the container. In contrast, thermocouple sensors are easily influenced by temperature, have a long response time, and large detection errors, requiring frequent calibration for long-term use.
Optional Filter:
The CO2 intake port is equipped with a microbial filter, designed to trap particles larger than or equal to 0.3mm, with a filtration efficiency of up to 99.99%, effectively removing bacteria and dust particles from the CO2 gas.
Recirculating automatic control:
The speed of the circulating fan can be automatically controlled. When the internal temperature of the box is at a constant state, the speed decreases and the air circulation speed adjusts to the optimal wind speed for cell growth, preventing sample volatilization due to excessive airflow during the experiment.
Heating System:
The incubator's door can heat the inner glass panel, effectively preventing condensation on the glass and minimizing the risk of microbial contamination due to condensation.
Function:
Independent temperature alarm system to ensure experiment operations are free from accidents.
Low, high temperature, over-temperature alarm, and door opening time too long alarm functions.
Ultraviolet Sterilization System
The ultraviolet sterilization lamp is located at the top rear of the box interior, allowing for regular disinfection of the interior. It effectively kills floating bacteria in the recirculating air within the box and the steam evaporated from the humidifying disk, thereby effectively preventing contamination during cell culture.
