1000L High-Temperature Vacuum Dryer
Overview of Application:
A vacuum drying oven is a cabinet-type drying equipment that dries materials under a vacuum condition. It utilizes a vacuum pump to remove air and moisture, creating a vacuum state inside the chamber, lowering the boiling point of water, and speeding up the drying process. It is used for powder drying, material annealing, semiconductor processing, new energy battery testing, aerospace component encapsulation testing, and removing bubbles and moisture from electronic products during production, as well as hardening and drying. It is widely used in research fields such as electronic chemistry, agricultural science, and environmental protection.
The GZF series vacuum dryers, based on high-temperature drying with the addition of vacuum conditions, significantly reduce boiling points and steam pressure, providing a dust-free, vortex-free drying process and a mild environment for both testing and heating. Additionally, solvents are easily collected, discharged, or reused due to their vapor. Furthermore, storage, heating, testing, and drying are conducted in an oxygen-free or inert gas-filled environment, thus making the test samples less prone to oxidation.
Technical Features of GZF Vacuum Dryer:
The Cuboid Studio utilizes an effective volume of...
Double-layer steel plate reinforced door, large-angle retractable steel plate hinge.
One-time casting high-temperature silicone rubber door seal strip ensures effective sealing.
Low-temperature cooling temperature reduction sealing ring device.
Latch-type adjustable tension door lock, ensures optimal vacuum level.
The studio is made of stainless steel sheet.
High-temperature sealing components.
Product Advantages:
1The vacuum environment significantly lowers the boiling point of the liquid that needs to be evacuated, thus vacuum drying can be easily applied to heat-sensitive materials.
2. For samples that are difficult to dry, such as powders or granular samples, vacuum drying can effectively shorten the drying time.
3. Complex mechanical components or other porous samples are cleaned and then dried using vacuum drying methods. After drying, no residue is left. Compared to conventional drying that relies on air circulation, powdered samples are not blown or moved by the flowing air.
4. Under vacuum or inert conditions, eliminates the possibility of explosive oxidation upon heating, offering greater reliability.
5. The unique cooling structure ensures maximum vacuum seal integrity.
6. Disengaging the vacuum device can reduce the impact of large air flow on the test material itself.
