High-Temperature Vacuum Oven GZF-6020
Overview of Usage:
A vacuum drying oven is a cabinet-type drying equipment that dries materials under a vacuum condition. It uses a vacuum pump to remove air and moisture, creating a vacuum state within the chamber, lowering the boiling point of water, and speeding up the drying process. It is used for powder drying, material annealing, semiconductor processing, new energy battery testing, aerospace component encapsulation testing, bubble removal, dehydration, and hardening drying during the production of electronic products. It is widely used in research fields such as electronic chemistry, agricultural science, and environmental protection.
The GZF series vacuum drying oven, built on the foundation of high-temperature drying, further enhances performance by introducing vacuum conditions, significantly reducing boiling points and steam pressures. This provides a dust-free, vortex-free drying process and a mild environment for testing and heating, making it easier to collect, discharge, or reuse solvent vapors. Moreover, storage, heating, testing, and drying are all carried out in an oxygen-free or inert gas atmosphere, thus the test samples are less prone to oxidation.
Technical Features:
1. The rectangular studio utilizes an effective volume of...
Double-layer steel plate reinforced door, large-angle telescoping steel plate hinges.
3. High-temperature-resistant silicone door seal strip for one-time casting, ensuring effective sealing.
4. Low-temperature cooling and temperature reduction sealing ring device.
5. Locking-type tension adjustment door lock to ensure good vacuum degree.
6. The studio is made of stainless steel sheets.
7. High-temperature specialized sealing valves.
Product Advantages:
Vacuum conditions significantly lower the boiling point of the liquid that needs to be evaporated, hence vacuum drying can be easily applied to heat-sensitive materials.
For samples that are difficult to dry, such as powders or granular samples, vacuum drying can effectively reduce the drying time.
Complex mechanical components or other porous samples are cleaned and then dried using vacuum drying methods. Post-drying, no residual substances are left. Compared to conventional drying that relies on air circulation, powdered samples are not blown or moved by the flowing air.
Under vacuum or inert conditions, eliminates the possibility of oxidizers exploding upon heating, providing greater reliability.
The unique cooling structure ensures maximum vacuum integrity without leakage.
Disengaging the vacuum device can reduce the impact of air flow on the test material itself.
