Nylon plates are suitable for manufacturing wear-resistant parts, transmission components, household appliance parts, automotive manufacturing parts, mechanical parts for screw thread prevention, chemical machinery parts, and chemical equipment. This includes turbines, gears, bearings, impellers, cranks, instrument panels, drive shafts, valves, blades, screws, high-pressure washers, bolts, nuts, seals, sliders, sleeve connectors, and more.
Introduction to Nylon Sheets:
1. Nylon sheets exhibit excellent physical properties, with mechanical toughness and strength comparable to metals; their fatigue resistance is similar to that of aluminum alloys and cast iron. Additionally, nylon sheets offer good chemical stability: alcohols, weak alkalis, copper, esters, hydrocarbons, and oils do not affect them.
2. Nylon plate has excellent wear resistance: the coefficient of friction is generally 0.1-0.3, which is one-third of bismuth alloy and one-fourth of phenolic plastic, making it an excellent self-lubricating material. Additionally, nylon plate boasts excellent cold and heat resistance: its temperature range is up to 100°C and down to -60°C, maintaining a certain level of mechanical strength for normal operation under such conditions.
3. The nylon plate also boasts excellent mechanical properties: high tensile strength, high surface hardness, strong resistance to bending and impact, and high ductility.
4. Nylon board has a low density (lightweight per unit volume): its density ranges between 1.05-1.15.
